A compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy
A
calmer,
brighter
you
Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision.
My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood.
My Story
My path to this profession is deeply personal. As a teenager I developed a serious eating disorder which I successfully overcame. Later in life, I fully recovered from both a debilitating anxiety disorder and a chronic mindbody condition that medical professionals told me was "incurable."
Having walked through the darkest corners of mental and physical suffering, I know firsthand that full recovery is possible. These lived experiences fuel my deepest passion: guiding and supporting you as you break free from whatever mental health challenges you face, so you can reclaim your life and thrive.

Cultivating meaningful change through therapeutic connection.
I believe meaningful change begins with a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration.
Every person brings a unique story, along with their own experiences, strengths, and goals. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we’ll develop an approach that reflects who you are, what you’re experiencing, and where you’d like to go.
My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions, better understand the patterns affecting your life, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
